Solution

Answer: Option A
Solution:
According to ISI, the tomato has been specialized into 4 grades.
Grading in tomatoes is referred to as the categorization of the fruits based on the colour, size, stage of maturity/degree of ripening, etc. it can be done manually or mechanically by machines. Retailers normally do size grading for the local market.
However, based on the size of the fruits three grades are formed: small (< 100 g), medium (100 - 255 g) and large (> 255 g).
BIS has specified 4 grades that are Super A, Super, Fancy and commercial.
