According to provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, whoever contravenes any provision of said Act or any Rule framed or Order issued or any condition of license granted thereunder, involving small quantity of contraband, how much sentence for such an offence, can be awarded to him on his conviction:
