According to Section 14(a) of the Act, Implied condition as to title means:

That the seller has a right to sell the goods or will have a right to sell the goods when the property in goods will be transferred

That the buyer will enjoy peaceful possession

Goods shall be free of any charge or encumbrance thereon in favor of any third person, which has not been declared or known to the buyer at the time of making of the contract
