Admission in pleading can be:

Actual, that is, those contained in the pleadings (Order 7, Rule 5) or in answer to interrogatories (O. 11, r 22)

Constructive, that is, those which are merely the consequence of the form of pleading adopted (O. 8, rr. 3, 4, 5)

None of these
