Probate of a Will is compulsory in Delhi:

If the Will is executed in Delhi for immovable properties situated outside Mumbai or Kolkata or Chennai

If the Will is executed in Delhi and properties are located in National Capital Region of Delhi

If the Will is executed in Delhi and the Will appoints an executor under Section 222 of the Indian Succession Act
