Publication of court proceedings are restricted by

Section 228-A of IPC which prohibits publications of the names of victims of certain sexual crimes

Section 33 of Special Marriage Act, 1954, requires the proceedings under the act to be held in camera if either party to the case whishes so, or if the court so directs

Section 14 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923, empowers the court to hold the proceedings of a case or any part there of in camera
