According to the question,
Pocket money
$$\begin{array}{rl}& \Rightarrow \frac{A+B+C}{3}=80\\ & \Rightarrow A+B+C=240\end{array}$$
Unspent pocket money
$$\begin{array}{rl}& \Rightarrow \frac{A+B+C}{3}=60\\ & \Rightarrow A+B+C=180\end{array}$$
Spent pocket money = 240 - 180 = Rs. 60
