The Ministry has extended the NMMS Scholarship 2027 deadline to September 30, 2027 for fresh applications and renewals across all states.
Class 8 students from government and aided schools with at least 55 percent marks and a family income under Rs 3.5 lakh are eligible.
Selected students receive Rs 12,000 per year for classes 9 to 12 under the NMMS Scholarship 2027 scheme for students.
The NMMS exam includes Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), each with 90 questions worth one mark each.
Keep your Aadhaar card, income certificate, caste certificate, mark sheet, bank passbook, and recent passport size photo ready before applying online.
Solve previous year papers daily, focus on reasoning, science, and social science basics, and manage 90 minutes time strictly per section.
