The College has a library that houses more than 20,000 books, 100 periodicals/magazines, and 1000 CDs. The entire collection of the centre has been computerised, enabling the issue/ return of books to be automated. The students have access to the entire collection through computers attached to the CD-ROM facility. The Librarian will be available for the service of the students without adherence to the timings of the Library.

The College has transport buses that will run daily from different points in this city for the daily transportation of students to the campus. However, a city transport service is also operating on the Ognaj road.

The College has a computer lab to help with the teaching and learning of advanced computing skills, and to give necessary resources for the AIT faculty, staff, and students to carry out research and extension projects that support the AIT's mission and vision.

The College has Canteens on college campuses. The goal of the Canteen and meal service is to protect by reducing the risk of foodborne illness, with proper sanitary conditions, and preventing adulterated food. From the beginning of the College Canteen has been functioning efficiently.

The College has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has sports ground facilities that will allow the College to host various events. Some events like Inter College Sports Fest, Sports Meet, Indoor Games Competitions, Sports Function, and many more. The events will engage the students and help them discover their talent in sports.

Ahmedabad Institute of Technology has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. AIT Ahmedabad offers the advanced computer lab to help the teaching and learning of advanced computing skills, and to give necessary resources for the ait faculty, staff and students to carry out research and extension projects that support the AIT's mission and vision.

The college provides medical facilities for students and staff. AIT Ahmedabad medical facilities include a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.

The college provides good classroom facilities for all the students.

The College has a Placement Cell is to reduce the gap between practical, i.e., industry expectations, and theoretical, i.e. Curriculum offered. At AIT, we provide placement assistance and guidance to students, right from the first year of students. We have customized training and grooming session plans for each semester. Expert talks and Mentoring sessions are also conducted throughout the year to help the students select better career options according to their strengths and weaknesses.

The College has signed an MOU with the INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOBILE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE (iACE) for conducting workshops and training programs for students.
