The college girls' hostel has 9 floors which can accommodate 756 students. All the rooms are fully furnished including beds, study desks, Almirahs, and a Wi-Fi internet connection. The mess of the hostel is being run by Kalgidhar Trust and provides fresh, clean, and nutritious food to the students according to a pre-decided menu involving the students' representatives.

Eternal University has a Library with 60 computers and seating 250 students for studying in a very calm and quiet environment. More than 25,000 books of national and international authors are on the shelves, besides access to curriculum-based videos and web courses through NPTL and MIT courses wares. In addition to this, there are more than 300 CD's/DVDs on different subjects. The Library subscribes to 54 national and international technical journals, magazines, periodicals along with national and regional dailies to keep the students abreast of the latest developments around the globe.

The college has provided The University with has excellent outdoor sports facility with one of the largest playgrounds in the hilly area providing outdoor facilities for Hockey, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Cricket, and Lawn Tennis, an Athletic track of 200 meters with eight lanes is available for the annual athletic meet. The University has made arrangements for sports activities even at night by providing floodlights on all these grounds.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The canteen provides its services at very subsidized prices so that majority of the students can afford to eat in that canteen. In both the canteens, the management never compromises on quality and hygiene to ensure food is available at reasonable rates. According to students, both are the best restaurants cum cafeteria for them.
