Al-Falah University Library started in 1997 with a collection of about 4000 books. The collection of books grows from time to time/ year by year. Now its collection reached up to 62703 of books. To maintain a standard the books are mainly acquired from Indian and the world’s leading publishers. Now library had been considered one of the most popular libraries of the region. Its popularity is not due to the collection but for its services also.

The main objective of the sports department is to encourage and support the active participation of youth in the process of socially valuable and nation-building activities and the development of the personality of the youth. AL-FALAH has been promoting sports since its establishment. Teams of AFU have participated in the north zone and in all India inter-university tournaments in various events like Badminton, Cricket, football, basketball, chess, Table tennis, Boxing, volleyball, Athletics, etc. 

The Computer Centre is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the latest computer systems to encourage the students to make full use of the facility to train themselves in modern computer applications and software applications and development.

The College has its own cafeteria on the premises. It caters to nearly 2900 students and staff every day. Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, etc.

Management is providing transport facilities for our students at competitive rates. The college transport department provides punctual service, besides ensuring safety and security to the students.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

There is a utility center on the campus that provides stationery, snacks, etc. Students can make use of the photocopying facility available at the center for payment.

The college has a Hospital Started with a dispensary in 1997 to cater to the needs of students, staff, and the local population under the banner of Al-Falah Charitable Trust, Al-Falah Hospital expanded into 350 beds super-specialty hospital in 2014.

It has a well-equipped GYM within the campus.
