The fully air-conditioned library is well-stocked with 19,017 books, 75 Indian journals, 46 foreign journals, 600 online journals and more. The students has access to the Dr. N.T.R. UHS E-journals programme. The library is divided into respective sections like textbook section, reference section, journal section, back volumes section and E-library. The reading sections of the library are divided as per staff, residents, postgraduate and undergraduate boys and girls.

ASRAM Eluru sports facilities include playgrounds, a tennis court, a basketball court, a cricket stadium, a football court and more are available. This institute offers indoor games and has indoor gyms. A modern swimming pool is also under construction.

ASRAM Eluru banking facilities include Andhra Bank, Andhra Bank ATM and Punjab National Bank counters are available in the premises of the campus. This institute offers postal and courier services.
