The College has Hospital serves as a medical college as well as offers medical facilities to students. AIMS Dewas has medicine and medical equipment to help in case of emergencies.

The College has provided a gymnasium equipped with the latest fitness and health gadgets such as joggers, treadmills, and weight-lifting equipment, for the students.

The College has a library at Amaltas Medical College, Dewas, which is stocked with a vast collection of 5000+ books, including texts, 40+ journals, magazines, and other reading materials. AIMS Dewas facilities at the library include a Photocopy and printing facility, an Audiovisual section, an internet facility, and more.
