The college has a library that is well-organised and computerised. AJIPT library includes a well-equipped reading room, which subscribes to different national and international journals. The library has a section of reference books that are only for use in the library and should be returned to the librarian on the same day.

The college has indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students on campus. AJIPT sports facilities include sports equipment for games like volleyball, badminton, basketball, athletics, archery, table tennis, carrom, and chess.

The college has a well-maintained IT infrastructure on the campus premises. AJIPT IT facilities of some of the departments include computers, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and many more. 

The college has a canteen that is responsible for serving nutritious and hygienic food to the students and faculty members. The food at the cafeteria of AJIPT is available at reasonable prices.

The college has a well-maintained auditorium, which is a regular venue for conferences, workshops, and seminars. Students and teachers can use the auditorium to organise many kinds of cultural events and other events.

The college has  Alumni and Alma Mater. Needless to say, the institute has nurtured stellar alumni who are spread all across the globe. The formation of the Amar Jyoti Alumni Association is an attempt to link threads of memories of the past, to provide a forum to our network, and to celebrate the success of our colleagues as we move forward in our individual professional careers. The association will not only provide a common exchange platform for the old students but also act as a factor of motivation for present students. We invite all alumni of Amar Jyoti Institute of Physiotherapy to join us in this endeavour to connect with each other and form a strong association.

AJIPT has laboratories that are equipped with essential requirements such as parallel bars with postural mirrors, shoulder wheels, pulleys, suspension apparatus, treadmills, twisters, multi-exercise beds, swiss balls, medicine balls, walking aids, and many more. 

The college has a medical facility for all students and staff. Healthcare facilities are available around the clock at the healthcare centre. A doctor has also been appointed as a college doctor. The healthcare centre functions to provide immediate medical and first aid to all students and staff if an emergency situation arises.

The college has a Gym facility for the students. The gym has all the latest tools and gym equipment to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. 

The college has classroom facilities for all students. The classrooms are well ventilated and have all the necessary things such as chairs, fans, a board, markers and many others.
