The college provides hostel facilities to its boys students for accommodation. AMSOM hostel facilities are equipped with all the necessary facilities such as beds, transports, and reading rooms along with recreational facilities such as the gym and television. The hostel rooms are spacious and well-ventilated.

The college has a separate girl's hostel facility for accommodation. All rooms of the AMSOM hostel facility are equipped with individual beds, wardrobes, study tables and Wi-Fi connectivity along with food, standard housekeeping, as well as laundry and security services.

The medical facilities are also provided to the college’s students and faculty. A healthcare centre with first-aid medical facilities is available at the AMSOM Ahmedabad campus.

The university’s central library plays a crucial role in assisting students and faculty in carrying out their programmes. AMSOM library facilities have no membership enrolment fees. The library offers a vast collection of books, periodicals, newspapers, theses/dissertations, project reports, bound volumes, case studies, online databases and multimedia resources. The library has an abundance of digital resources.

AMSOM sports facilities have indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. The sports facilities include the AES Sports Complex, a cricket ground, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a table tennis court and two football grounds.

The IT infrastructure of the college is excellent and well-maintained. AMSOM Ahmedabad campus has an Optical Fiber backbone to connect different departments. Also, printing, scanning, CD & DVD writing facilities are provided to students using the latest of laser printers, network printers & scanners.

The college has canteen facilities for staff and students to cater for their eating and drinking needs. AMSOM Ahmedabad campus facilities have four multi-cuisine outlets.

The college has a modern auditorium for seminars, workshops, combined classes and other events.

The campus facilities provide free internet service on the entire campus. The students and faculty members can avail the internet facilities on the campus.
