Anindita College for Teacher Education, Paschim Medinipur

The institute has a computerized central library with the objective of supporting academic and research programs of the institute. The library is centrally placed and easily accessible. The library has a collection of over 5000 volumes in different subjects, 7 technical journals (national and international), and other periodicals, magazines, and dailies (Regional-3, English-2). The major thrust areas of the library collection are technical, management, education, language teaching, the literature of Bengali and English. The library also has a sizable collection of materials in History, Cultural Studies, and Religion.

The Institute has a fully air-conditioned computer laboratory having 30 PC connected to a Central server through Local Area Network. In free time any students get a laboratory for computer practice. Students are trained for advanced computing in the future. All the PC having Internet connection through the proxy server. So students can be attached to the world through the Internet.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The Institute provides a dedicated fully air-conditioned computer laboratory having 30 PCs connected to a Central server through LAN. Students can utilize their free time to practice computers in the laboratory. Students are trained in basic computers for future use. All PCs have an Internet connection to students can be connected to the world of knowledge through the Internet. 

The college has promoted overall wellness among the students, The college has set up a health and physical education lab in which The college has school. Through sport and physical activity, The college has P.T. teachers promote holistic health.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The institution has a cafeteria where foods of various tastes and multiple cuisines are available. It has arrangements for lunch, snacks as well as refreshments both for the employees and students. There is also a cafe corner which remains open all day and serves tea, coffee, soups and other confectionary and bakery items.
