The College has hostel facilities for boys in a separate, well-organised hostel in Meerut City. Paying guest facilities are also available in the vicinity of the campus.

The College has Girls' Hostel offers a safe and secure stay for female students. The hostel provides all the necessary amenities required.

The College has two libraries consisting of almost more than 10,000 books on various subjects/fields. The libraries serve the needs of students as well as faculty members. It helps in supporting the learning process and meets the information requirements of the faculty members.

The College has sports facilities for all students. There is a playground available for sports and physical activities.

The College is well-equipped with a computer lab consisting of 100 desktops dedicated to fulfilling the needs of the students. All the students are given their separate desktops so that they can work independently on any project. The main objective of providing a computer lab and internet facility at the Apex Institute of Management is to promote a conducive learning environment by the use of a fully Wi-Fi-enabled setup of the latest versions of software related to the syllabi requirements of the students installed in the desktops. 

The College has modern state-of-the-art auditorium designed to seat more than 250 persons. It is fully equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment, WiFi connectivity, and System. It is nd cultural activities. used Their hosting infra and inter-college events like seminars, conferences, and debates are facilities for holding national and international conferences as well.

The College has a Wi-Fi facility for students and staff. A conducive learning atmosphere is promoted by the use of a fully WiFi-enabled set up across the campus.

The College has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

Language Lab- AIM, Meerut, has a state-of-the-art language lab. The lab is well equipped with DVD Players, Language Improver, Cassette Players with Amplifiers, Recording Requirements, Digital Cameras, Television, and LCD Projectors. Also, pre-recorded materials for English Learning are available to achieve proficiency in the language. AIM, Meerut, provides various facilities in the language lab to help students strengthen and improve their communication skills.

Psychology Lab - Apex Institute of Management has a psychology lab that helps students in assessing the behaviour of their prospective students. The lab has all the necessary types of equipment such as Standardised Performance Tests, Inventories, Intelligence tests, and Emotional Intelligence Tests that will eventually help students in assessing their behaviour.

Art and Craft Lab - Apex Institute of Management has an Art and Craft Lab. In this lab, students who wish to pursue fine arts in the future will learn many things and will gain knowledge about different types of art,s such as drawing and painting, clay modelling, candle making, pot making, preparation of models, and waste material management.

The College has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The College has a training and placement cell exclusively for the B.B.A. and B.C.A. students. This cell coordinates summer training, project studies, industrial visits, and final placement of students by establishing links with reputed industries.
