The college provides the hostel to its boys students for accommodation. ACDS Secunderabad hostel facilities are well-maintained. The hostel rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Also, the hostel has separate rooms for recreational activities where students can play indoor games like chess and carrom.

The college’s auditorium is named as Sushruta auditorium. It is an elegant building on campus. The ACDS Secunderabad auditorium is used for cultural events and other activities. A few notable guest speakers from the dental sciences field have also delivered their lectures in the same auditorium.
