Asansol Girls College has two hostels and each hostel can accommodate 80 students. Asansol Girls College hostel has a students’ mess in the new hostel which runs on self financing basis. The allotment of seats in the hostels depends on the financial condition of parents/guardians of students.

AGC Asansol has a Students’ Health Centre where a medical officer regularly assists students and staff members.

Asansol Girls College facilities include a computerised library which has a rich collection of Books, Journals and Periodicals. Asansol Girls College library has a rare collection of books in Mining and Instrumentation. The college library has a reading room facility for students and staff members. E-access of library book database facilities is available through the Web-OPAC. The college library has subscribed to printed Journals, Magazines and Newspapers. The entire library is under CCTV surveillance and is enabled with LAN, Internet connectivity and Wi-Fi system.
