AIMT Guwahati offers two libraries to the students that consist of a high number of books, journals, periodicals, magazines, and many more study materials. The library has all types of learning stock that is helpful in the research and building knowledge. A large electronic database is also being maintained in the library along with the free internet access facility. 

The sports facilities are provided to the students so that they can participate in various indoor and outdoor activities. Several sports activities are organised for the students in the college so that they can enjoy and learn.

The IT infrastructure of the college consists of the latest processors in the computer systems. AIMT computer systems have advanced software and operating systems specially built for learning programming. Internet and WiFi facilities are provided in the labs along with an LED projector. 

The state-of-the-art seminar hall in the college is built for knowledge transfer to the students. It is a great platform for students, corporate heads, and faculties to meet each other and have discussions on various topics. These halls are designed to host various events and conferences. The seminar hall has presentation tools, projection and high-tech audio systems connected by intranet. 

The AIMT campus has a WiFi facility available across campus so that the students can take help of the internet in their assignments and projects. 

Electronics, bioscience and computer labs are present on the AIMT campus so that the students can learn things practically. These labs are equipped with the latest instruments that are helpful in learning complex concepts. Some of the equipment present in the lab are Cathode Ray Oscillators (CRO), Tissue Homogenisers, Function Generators, Thermo-cyclers (PCR), Spectrophotometers, Colorimeters, B.O.D. Incubators, and many more.

The spacious classrooms of the AIMT Guwahati have LCD projectors for presentations and lectures for a better learning experience. These classrooms are built in such a way so that the students can focus on learning. 

The students can enjoy several extracurricular activities in the college for building teamwork and leadership skills. They can enjoy these activities after the regular college hours.
