The library is endowed with a large number of volumes & titles in various disciplines of Engineering & Technology. This library has a reading room & reference section with extensive reading materials which are subscribed regularly, like newspapers, magazines, general English and more. There are various national and international journals, latest research work which can be accessed through the internet.

ARTA Bhogapuram has a computer centre and offers internet facility through V-SAT connectivity, which is accessed over LAN at 512 kbps speed. There are 120 Pentium IV systems with colour monitors. Licensed multiuser versions of required software with internet facilities and independent monitors for each individual are installed.

Laboratories are divided on the basis of departments, including chemistry, mathematics and physics labs, used to carry out practical experiments of theoretical knowledge.

The auditorium has a huge seating capacity with well-maintained and multifaceted equipment for conducting seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures, cultural events and more.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. A canteen which provides vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Cafeteria provides nutritious and hygienic food.

The college has a gym facility for the students. Gym facilities are provided for maintaining the physique and practising for sports activities.

The college has sports facilities for all students. ARTA Bhogapuram offers sports facilities to all the students for maintaining a balance between academics and co-curricular activities.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Medical facilities are available for 24 hrs. Medical facilities provide first aid and free medicines to the students.

The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.

Transport facility is offered for easy access in and around the campus. Transport facilities are operated from all important areas of Vizag and Vizianagaram. Faculty members have a separate and free transport facility offered by the ARTA Bhogapuram.

The college has a convenience store facility for students. (like, photocopying facility and stationery, etc.)
