AIT Kishanganj boys' hostel facility has all the requirements like kitchen, dining rooms, recreational areas for extra-curricular activities, gym, and more. The hostel is secured with CCTV camera surveillance and a guard at the entrance. 

The girls hostel at the college is secured by CCTV cameras and a strict warden at the main gate. The college allows visitors to meet their wards on a special permission, taken from the warden and some faculty members. It also has facilities like sitting areas, recreational rooms, games and sports, dining areas, and much more.  

The first-aid medical facility is available at the college campus of AIT Kishanganj. In case of emergencies, an ambulance facility is also available for everyone at the campus.

The College has a central workshop in the institute where students in the first year of all branches are given basic training in different areas of production engineering e.g. fitting, welding, carpentry, blacksmithy, foundry, etc. by experienced teachers and staff. Besides conventional machines, the central workshop has also been provided with modern facilities like CNC machines in the machine shop so that students can have exposure to the latest developments in technology.
