BIMS Belgaum has a hostel facility for the students where they can live peacefully along with the education. The boy hostel (Shushrutha) includes beds, chairs, and tables along with the mess facility. 

A separate girls hostel named Chetana is provided for the students so that they can live securely and comfortably. Security is provided at the hostel along with a warden who looks after the students.

The medical facility is provided for the students and local people near the college. BIMS Belgaum Hospital has a bed capacity of 1000 and provides specialised services such as medicine, skin diseases, surgery, paediatrics, psychiatry, dentistry and others.

The gym facility is provided at the campus so that the students can keep themselves fit. They can use gym equipment provided to perform exercise.

A library with a large collection of books is provided for the students so that they can study during their free time. They can study the books related to their curriculum along with enjoying their favourite magazines. A Digital library is also provided to read online journals and books.

Sports facilities are provided for the students so that they can enjoy the different games. They can do physical activities by playing their favourite sport keeping themselves healthy and fit.

Proper IT infrastructure is provided at the campus so that the students can study in a better way using the facility. It includes computer systems with the latest software and operating system. 

A cafeteria is provided for the students so that they can enjoy the snacks and food provided in it. Students come in groups at the cafeteria to sit and relax.

The college auditorium is built so that students can enjoy events and conferences. Several cultural programmes and workshops are also organised at the auditorium.

BIMS Belgaum facilities include a laboratory with a lot of machinery so that students can conduct experiments and use different instruments. These laboratories help the students to do treatments, analyse patients, surgeries and others. 

The BIMS Belgaum has a waiting room for the guests that are coming to the campus. Lots of people who come for admission or to meet the students sit in these rooms to relax.
