The Homoeopathic Hospital is located in Bharati Vidyapeeth’s, Katraj Dhankawadi campus-Pune. It is run by Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Medical Foundation. It has a capacity of 100 beds. The area of the Hospital is 32000 sq ft. Free treatment is given to the poor and needy. 10% of beds are reserved for indigent persons and 10% beds are reserved for economically backward. It has a well-equipped laboratory, Operation theatre, and labor room.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a spacious, well-equipped state of art library with a vast collection of 12949 books. All the recent as rare Homoeopathic Books, Journals, and Books of Allied subjects are available in the library. The area of the library is 3200 sq. fit. There is a separate library available of 400 sq. fit for the Post Graduate department in the Homoeopathic Hospital. Every department has its own departmental library. There is open access to the library. The following support facilities like Computers, the Internet, Circulation, Bibliography compilation, Reference, Interlibrary load, Separate reading room, Book Volumes of journals, Audio-visual material like CDs, and Audio Cassettes are available in the library. Reprographic facilities are available on the campus as a shared facility. Library & Hospital has an internet center that is utilized by students and staff in college timings [8:30-5: 00 pm]. The reading room is open for students till 7.00 pm. The Books & journals are displayed in the library & an updated catalog is maintained.

The college has indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available on the campus for students.

Laboratories in the college are fully equipped with Specimens & Instruments as per the prescribed norms of CCH in the respective departments for the practical training of students and are with CCTV cameras in all labs.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
