IMED Pune has separate hostels for boys within the campus. These hostels are surrounded by greenery and open spaces, giving students a beautiful view from their rooms. The hostels include mess and other amenities to provide a comfortable stay with 24*7 security provisions.

There are individual hostels for girls students at the campus. It offers a comfortable stay to the students. The hostels has all the basic facilities such as internet connectivity, mess etc.

All students and faculty members on campus are provided with immediate medical help and guidance by the in-house doctor. Additionally, IMED Pune has tied up with Bharati Hospital for emergencies.

IMED's knowledge resource centre houses more than 63,740 books along with numerous journals and magazines. There are plenty of academic resources for research work. The library is digitalized and has a membership of the British Council of India. The library at IMED Pune has a Book Bank facility for students and open access facility for staff members.

Bharati Vidyapeeth’s IMED students are encouraged to participate in various sports such as track and field, volleyball, basketball, and gymnastics. Students can perform on national and international platforms and receive accolades. The physical wellness of students is given high priority at IMED Pune.

IMED Pune facilities include a state-of-the-art computer centre equipped with the latest software such as MATLAB, SPSS, and RATIONAL ROSE. Backed by Windows 2003 and Linux server, Bharati Vidyapeeth’s IMED has more than 400 computers with a high-speed internet connection of 72 Mbps (leased line). Students and faculty can also access printers and LCD projectors.

The Institute looks after the Health, Nutrition and Fitness program as well by having a very nice cafeteria on the terrace. The CCD does give various options for making the excitement of hunger more interesting through its "food menu".

IMED facilities include a vast auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 350 people. The conference hall at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s IMED has a state-of-the-art conference hall furnished with a video conferencing unit and LCD projector. The seminar hall has a capacity of 150 people. It is a one-of-its-kind space at IMED with a computer, LCD projector, Lecture Capture unit, and sound systems. It is fully air-conditioned.

The IMED has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

At IMED, we have spacious and well-ventilated classrooms equipped by modern gazettes like LCD projectors, Computers, and Wi-Fi internet connectivity. The seating arrangement for the student is quite comfortable. Some of the class rooms are equipped with 'Lecture-Capture' facility for recording the lectures for disseminating of knowledge over the internet

Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. is functioning within the Bharati Vidyapeeth Educational Complex. The Bank handles various banking facilities with a better rate of interest on deposits for the students, the staff of Bharati Vidyapeeth and for the public at large.
