The College has one boys' hostel which can accommodate 40 students. Bhatter College boys hostel is situated within the college campus. Admission is based on the distance from the student’s residence. Priorities are given to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, OBC and Physically Handicapped students.

The college has one girls hostel situated within the college campus and can accommodate 100 students. The hostel is spacious and is equipped with all the basic amenities.
