BITT Polytechnic Ranchi medical facilities are provided to both students and staff. Doctors visit the institute on specified days and time. Health check-up programs are organised regularly. First-aid facility is available in the institute. Two hospitals are located at 6km distance from the campus. In times of emergency, conveyance facility is provided to carry the patient to nearby hospital.

The college provides state-of-the-art library infrastructure and resources to its students. There is a well furnished and spacious reading room. The library consists of a wide range of books and journals on engineering, humanities and applied science. The Digital Library consists of multi-media PCs with Internet connectivity.

The auditorium facility is provided to students with a warm and welcoming ambience. The auditorium has a 1500 seating capacity. Fests, events, dance, theatre and musical performances are organised in the auditorium.

The hassle-free and safe transportation facility is provided to both students and staff. There is a transport department which functions in the college with a sufficient number of buses. All buses have predefined route and timings. All drivers are well trained, experienced and well behaved persons.

BITT Polytechnic Ranchi wifi facility is provided to both students and staff. Internet facilities are available in the whole campus. Wifi facility is available 24*7 round the clock.

The institute is well equipped with modern laboratories. There are laboratories available for all departments which are involved in experiments and projects. The physics laboratory is well equipped with instruments and infrastructure. The Chemistry Laboratory is well equipped to meet all the requirements with the latest instruments.
