The college  Library is up to date with 731 book titles with a total of 1250 book volumes. Further, it provides the facility of research journals national and international. They have various online e-books, research journals, e-magazines, e-articles as well as newsletters. The online library also provides support with its 100-plus videos. The college has its own library whose collection is growing at a high rate. The present collection covers the subjects of arts, graphics, architectural data, construction, design architectural theory, history, interior, landscape, urban design, town planning, housing, and technology.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has a computer lab with computers that are available for students and faculty. This is to develop the necessary computer skills needed by the students to match the industry requirements and demands.

The college has a Bus service between the college campus and Vangani Railway Station provided for the convenience of the students and the staff.

The college has facilitated various laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment. Laboratories include – 1. Surveying and Levelling Lab 2. Climatology Lab  3. Materials museum4. Lighting and Acoustics drawing/drafting studios are huge, bright, and well-ventilated spaces that create a lively atmosphere and are the most desired places for creating the right mood of working in the class. The design and arrangement of tables are such as to encourage group discussions and constant interaction with fellow students as well as faculty.
