The library with its calm, pleasant, and ideal setting is a real treat for the learner. Moreover, the fully ventilated and air-cooled ambiance stimulates the intellectual dimension of the students. The explosion of scientific and technical information and the advent of computing, networking, and multimedia technologies have transformed the Library from a building of books to a learning and information center.

The college encourages sports activities and also gives equal priorities. Great importance is given to pursuing excellence in sports in college. The college is equipped with the necessary infrastructure for developing growing talents and sports personalities.

The college has state-of-the-art, fully Air-Conditioned computer labs equipped with the latest soft wares and connected to the latest accessories and services and other gadgets under one roof. High-speed Internet and Multimedia tools allow the students and the faculty to interact in an environment to create a new and vibrant academic milieu. The central Computer Centre is well equipped with a power-driven Projection System and Audio conferencing system.

The college cafeteria is a large spacious area, overlooking the magnificent Mount Abu, serving a variety of refreshments and meals. The college runs its fleet of buses and Cabs for the convenience of the students and the staff members to help them commute from the different locations of the city and surrounding areas. The Classroom creates a healthy atmosphere for the students and is well-lit and echo-proof to facilitate the teaching-learning process. Classrooms are designed for conventional lectures and group discussions. These facilities create an ideal atmosphere well suited for the teaching-learning process.

The college has a departmental-laboratory facility for the students like the Communications Lab, Microwave Lab, Networking Lab, VLSI Lab, DSP Lab, Digital Electronics Lab, Linear Integrated Circuits Lab, Electronic Circuit Lab, Electronic Devices Lab I&II, Project Lab, PG Simulations Lab, Microprocessor Lab.

The college has Innovation Clubs in college help to engage students in innovative and creative activities apart from providing opportunities for Hands-on activities. This would be developed for the culture of Creativity and Innovation among students. The key and immediate objective of the Innovation Club in college is to create awareness, educate, nurture, and inculcate a culture of innovation among college students and to enable them to generate new ideas and become more innovative. The College has an Alumni Cell an organization, composed of CIT alumni, alumni groups, and student coordinators organized across the world, to preserve and carry forward the fine traditions of the Chartered Institute of Technology, to strengthen the connection between the alumni at home, abroad, and college. Alumni spread across India, and even the world; they play an important role in social development and national rejuvenation. The great achievements they made have gained a high reputation for their alma mater. To strengthen the cooperation between alumni at home and abroad, as well as alumni and alma mater, and also to serve our alumni, the college established the alumni Cell and has been working productively since then. We are an engaged alumni cell with vibrant communication that actively reaches out, participates fully, and welcomes and shares new ideas and fresh thinking. As an alumni society let us stand together in advancing the goal of CIT, to be the leading college offering engineering in computer, electrical, civil, and mechanical respectively We seek to bring the alumni of CIT together to foster mutual relationships while stimulating & strengthening an old network. CIT alumni meet “Regalia” is conducted in order to reconnect with ex-students, and recognize their success and various achievements.
