There are sufficient buses that take care of transportation. The Chouksey Group of Colleges operates a fleet of 28 buses to all the important city spots for the benefit of students and staff. The services of CGC buses are utilized for industrial visits and excursions.

The College has a National Service Scheme (NSS), an Indian Government-sponsored public service program conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji's Centenary year in 1969. Aimed at developing students 's personalities through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges and universities and at the +2 level working for a campus-community (esp. Villages) linkage.

The objective of the club is to nurture the intellectual orientation of the students. The mission and purpose of the SMART Club shall be to encourage students to explore the world by cultivating knowledge on applied research techniques, supporting involved students via mentorship in proposal writing, communication skills, Innovative projects, research writing, and guiding students in qualitative research.
