The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The hostel is equipped with wi-fi and all the basic facilities.

CIT Kannur also has a separate girls' hostel which provides a good hostel accommodation for the girls. There are all the amenities available with wi-fi connection as well.

The college has well well-managed Health Club with all types of gym equipment, gym exercise equipment, women’s fitness equipment, men’s fitness equipment, slimming equipment, body exercise equipment, fitness training equipment, muscle-building equipment, and aerobic fitness equipment. A gym instructor is available to provide fitness instruction and to ensure safe practice and a working environment within the gym.

The College has a fully automated modern Library and Information Centre (LIC) that is on its way to becoming an outstanding learning resource center catering to the ever-growing and uncompromising information and intellectual requirements of the students, faculty, and researchers. The College has set up a library with the latest books on Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Management Studies, and General Topics. A library has been set up in such a way that students can make their reading habits fruitful and intellectual. We have a subscription to over 90 industry and academic journals, periodicals, Newspapers, 4000+E journals, and E-Books. The College aims to open roads to knowledge for students without any compromise.

The college has sports facilities for all students. CIT Kanuur understands the importance of physical fitness of students, hence there are many indoor and outdoor sports facilities available.

The college is a well-equipped and organized computer laboratory. the computer lab is equipped with high-performance machines that can withstand any kind of software and graphic exercises. Chaintech is also providing high-end computer notebooks to students staff and faculty solely for academic purposes. The facilities in the laboratory can be availed at any time on request.

The college has a spacious Seminar Hall with a seating capacity of up to 200 with Audio Visual Support a Multimedia Projector and a high-quality PA System.

Wi-Fi support is highly secured and only registered students of our campus will get connectivity. The college has departmental-based laboratories facilities for the students. There are fully furnished 4 A/C labs with a total of 120 machines. A separate lab for Hardware and Networking practicals is also available.

Placement Cell, extending support to both MBA and MCA students to find suitable placement in the industry.The Placement and Training division conducts regular programs in areas such as logical reasoning, Communicative English, how to successfully clear aptitude tests, and addressing other areas of inadequacy thereby making students employable.
