Christian College, Chengannur

The College Women’s hostel caters to the residential needs of female students of the college, mainly post-graduate students. The non-resident warden and the resident warden of the hostel look after the affairs of the hostel, ensuring the discipline and well-being of the inmates. 100 students can be accommodated in the hostel.

The college has a library building that is functional and modular in construction. The Ground floor houses a newspaper, a periodicals section, and a general reading area. This floor also has a TV for watching. The circulation section is functioning on the central floor. The librarian’s cabin is situated adjacent to the circulation section on the central floor. The upper floor houses the library's stack. The reference and journal sections are also functioning on this floor.

 The College has a long tradition of excellence in sports and games. Students of this college are divided into four houses, which compete healthily in the college's Annual Athletic Meet and games every year. Competitions in track and field, as well as recreational items, are held for students, teachers, and administrative staff, and the winners are awarded prizes. Regular coaching is given to college football, cricket, badminton, and wrestling teams.

The college has an auditorium facility for all the events and seminars.

The college has a central computer center on campus. Besides offering short-term courses in computer applications, students are given facilities for the study of computer applications included in the regular syllabus and to use the internet facility for research and other educational activities at a concessional rate. Internet facility is available in all departments.

The college has a health center with a student first aid facility.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The College. There is a college canteen which serves light refreshments and lunch for students and staff. During special occasions, the canteen will arrange a special menu as per request. The guests coming to the college are treated to special food prepared at our canteen.
