The college hostel complex is a comfortable place to stay. The College has hostel facilities for about 250 boys. The hostel runs a mess. A separate TV room and reading room are provided in the Boys' Hostel. Full-time resident wardens are available to take care of hostellers and to maintain the discipline. A standby power generator is available with a full-time attendant in the hostel to operate during power failures.

The college has a fully functional Health care center to cater to the needs of Students & staff. The Health center has well qualified & experienced doctors for medical examination. For an emergency situation, the students are sent to an authorized & recognized hospital for specialized treatment after giving first-aid.

The college has a Gym facility for the students

The college has library facility with holding various Text Books, Reference Books, eBooks, Journals, Magazines, eJournals, Subject PPT’s, Subject Animations, Project Reports, Tutorials, and Video Lessons related to engineering and allied subjects. Central Library provides abundant information and intellectual requirements to the students and faculty with a user-friendly approach.

The College has spacious and well equipped Indoor and Outdoor sports/games facilities. Dedicated sports facilities with the guidance of a qualified full-time physical director are made available to students. Outdoor and indoor sports facilities are made available to students both during and after college hours. The college has an active sports council that conducts annual sports meets/events and Inter-collegiate tournaments.

The College has been using a diverse set of ICT tools to communicate, creates, disseminate, store and manage information. The ICT has also become an integral part of the teaching-learning interaction. The use of ICT approaches can lead to higher order thinking skills, provide creative and individualized options for students to express their understanding, and it leaves students better prepared to deal with ongoing technological change in society and the workplace.

The college has a canteen facility. A wide variety of lunch, breakfast eateries with snacks are available in the college with a hygienic environment. Adequate measures have been taken keeping student's health in mind providing safe drinking water in the college canteen. College canteen provides delicious and hygienic food articles at a reasonable price. South Indian, North Indian, Chinese food, both vegetarian and nonvegetarian are available.

The College has a beautiful Auditorium is an architectural delight and is a definite feather in the cap of CMR’S suite of infrastructure. Special care has been taken to build this auditorium so that its acoustics are at optimum levels. And it also has an ultra-modern dynamic sound system installed. This newly built auditorium hosts regularly many national level symposiums, college functions, and other gala and colorful cultural fests.

The College runs 46 buses covering all the important points in Hyderabad and Secunderabad to make the staff and students reach the campus by 8.50 am and the leave the campus by 4 pm.
