The college has one indoor health fitness facility with basic infrastructure which includes weight lifting, self-powered pully, cycling, etc. College emphasis is on physical literacy, fitness, health, and lifestyle benefits of engaging in physical activity. Social sports such as volleyball, basketball games, community sports, and recreational activities are an intrinsic part of the culture and form a substantial part of leisure time among college students. Recreation groups sporting organizations and events organized by the college have assisted in building communities through the social inclusion of people who are vulnerable to social and structural disconnection. College of Agriculture, Naigaon (Ba.) has participated in different Sports events like Inter-University sports, inter-collegiate sports, and AICAR. A number of students are availing of the gymkhana facility for building their fitness. Various gym equipment is purchased for the exercise of students. This gym facility is common for both colleges.
