College of Engineering, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University, Indore

The college lab is equipped with state-of –art computing facility with Pentium/Celeron class computers connected through the local area network. The entire student has free access to the computer to do their work any time of the day. The high-speed internet connective provide an extend access to vast intellectual resources.

The college runs 30 buses covering all the important points in Indore, Dewas, Mhow and Pithampur towns with a total seating capacity of 1000 students. Transportation is available for conducting industrial tours and visits etc.

The college has a spacious canteen with latest equipment and hygienic environment which provides quality food and prompts service and caters to needs of all the students and the staff.

The college library boasts of more than 44,321 books and journals of national & international level. Along with technical updates via latest journals, students can also keep themselves abreast with the latest happenings in the world via News Paper, Magazine & Internet facility. The library is divided in two sections:

1. Reference Section: This section stocks recent editions of text books. Student can borrow one book at a time against their Library Identity Card. The books/journals in this section are meant for reading in the hall only. The question papers of previous examinations conducted by the University are also available in this section.

2. Lending Section: Students can borrow two text books for verification from this section. Generally the students can get books for one week. A fine will be charged if a book is not returned within a given time.

3. Book Bank Section: Library is having a Book Bank facility for specific courses . Though this facility a students can get a book by paying book bank amount ( one time payment) and can keep the book till end of the particular courses . At the end of the particular semester the book has to be returned by a notified date. In case of loss or any damage of the book, the student will have to replace a new book or pay the cost of the book.

The college has a Punjab National Bank provides the ATM and banking at the respective campuses for the need of the students and faculty

The college has a First Aid with all accessories are kept in the laboratories where moving machinery is installed and also at strategic locations. Emergency medical care and first-aid is available in the campus with one Medical Practitioner and one Nursing Assistant. General medicines are made available in the center. First-aid boxes with all accessories are kept in all laboratories and other strategic locations.

The college Campus is having 5 MBPS of high speed internet facility. The institute has a 24X7 Wi-Fi facility in the college campus for the student and faculty members to avail internet connection at any place in the college. The connectivity through a fully networked campus with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, computing & communication resources, offers students the facilities of e-mail, net surfing, up/down loading of web based application, besides helping them in preparing projects & seminars.

The college Stationary offers top brands, a wide range and great value. Promotions take place throughout the year, offering big savings on essential stationary and accessories. Xerox is also available for students, Faculty and other staff. 

The college Campus is provided Conference and Seminar Hall. These halls are fitted with permanent Audio, Video and Projection System. External Chief Guests on various latest topics are regularly invited to deliver lectures to our students. Thus our students are exposed to the recent Technology/Trend. Faculty Development Programmer and Workshop is conducted in the Seminar Hall, to update the Knowledge of our Faculty Members. Each Seminar hall has the seating capacity of 300 members. Conference hall can accommodate 50 member.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.
