College of Engineering, Guindy facilities include a hostel for boys on the college campus. The boys’ hostel has the requisite facilities to take care of student needs. Hostel messes, which are located in large centralised halls, provide hygienic and nutritious meals at regular intervals. Aside from the hostel dining facility, there are food outlets, department stores, restaurants, and cafes on campus that serve fast food, pastries, juice, ice cream, and so on.

The college has separate hostels for girls on the campus premises. The girls' hostel has all of the necessary amenities to meet the needs of students. For the benefit of CEG students, the health centre is also in charge of conducting comprehensive health checks.
