The College of Life Sciences Library system consists of a central library that collectively supports the teaching, research, and extension programs of the institute. All students, faculty members, and employees of the institute are entitled to make use of the library facilities by taking a library membership. The library, besides having a huge collection of books on life sciences and paramedical subjects, offers library services through its various divisions. The library uses a software package that is an integrated library management system that supports all in-house operations of the library. The library consists of modules on acquisition, cataloging, circulation, serials, and OPAC retrospective conversion of bibliographic records. More than 1400 bibliographic records of books available in the library can now be accessed through the library's OPAC. The database of books available in the library is being updated on a day-to-day basis with details of recently acquired books. The library has a rich collection of books on the Sciences, including Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Sciences, and Paramedical. The library also has a good collection in the areas of life sciences.

I.T Infrastructure
The College of Life Sciences Computer Club is a not-for-profit organization that provides college students with the opportunity to learn more about the field of computers, network with people working in the field of computers, and the opportunity to reach out to the community in ways we are needed. Students learn to develop their communication, creativity, team building, and leadership skills through the process of developing, planning, and implementing activities that are based on their interest in computers. They will learn to interact with others both inside and outside the field of computers. Computer Cyber Club meetings are held at least once a month at 11:15 on Wednesdays during the regular semester. There are no fees or dues. Activities, discussions, and speakers will be related to different areas of the computer field, such as Programming, Information Systems, Computer Maintenance, Networking, Web Design, and any new technology that relates to the computer field. We will discuss what is new in these areas of interest and share tips with other members. The Computer Cyber Club of the College of Life Sciences will comply with all the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Tennessee Board of Regents, the college, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
