College of Physiotherapy, SRMIST facilities include a physiotherapy clinic for 24/7 medical assistance to the disabled and diseased patients. The physiotherapy clinic is well-equipped with the latest equipment, students of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Physiotherapy Department can make use of the facilities at physiotherapy clinic for their respective course and provide an extensive clinical training at physiotherapy clinic for the students.

College of Physiotherapy, SRMIST has five main laboratories that are well-equipped with the latest technology and equipment for physiotherapy.  The laboratories also include equipment such as EMG Biofeedback, Myomed and Neurocare for diagnostic, NCV Therapeutic and Diagnostic, EMG Treadmill, Cycle Ergometer and Laser Unit.

College of Physiotherapy, SRMIST infrastructure includes a library that has a vast collection of books, journals and other study material available for the students, faculty and scholars of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Physiotherapy Department. Students can access the library and gather knowledge by using these books and journals for their discipline and students can also access the e-resources available for different disciplines. Students of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, College of Physiotherapy can subscribe to CDs and other multimedia resources available for their course and use these resources for their research purpose.
