The existing library of the faculty of Veterinary and Animal Science is a part of the faculty building.T he library was established in 1959. The library is the heart of the University provides cutting-edge facilities and services to support research, teaching, learning, and scholarly communication across disciplines. It has good accommodation and excellent infrastructural facilities. It provides access to various national, international journals and periodicals in addition to an excellent collection of textbooks and reference books. There is also a separate collection of the thesis and dissertations, besides bound volumes of old journals. Facilities are also provided to students and faculty for access to internet and online journals.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

Central Instruments laboratory is the central facility with state-of-the-art analytical instruments to fulfill the needs of the faculty and research scholars in the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Kerala University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy, Trichur. Central Instrumentation Facility is well equipped with high-value sophisticated instruments. The facilities are extensively used by Post Graduate Students, Doctoral Research Scholars and Sponsored Projects for Advanced Research. This facility is also extended to External Organisations, mainly academic institutions of the region on nominal chargeable basis.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.
