The Colleges have a belief that the quest for knowledge is best facilitated by creating the right environment and enabling interaction. Our library is a well-stocked library with Law books, Back volumes, and Current law journals. It is spacious enough to cater to the existing needs and also accommodate resources and services for future requirements. There is a continuous effort to update and add study material resources.

The college has Computing facilities that form an integral part of any Institution. CTIL has computer labs that are air-conditioned and fully equipped with an adequate number of terminals with the latest configuration. The whole campus has Wi-Fi with 247 internet connectivity.

The college's world-class Moot Court hall is designed like a courtroom for training and conducting Moot Court competitions. It helps law students in perfecting their legal analytical, research, and writing skills. By participating in this process, they become more comfortable arguing in front of judges.

The College Department has a Modern Language Laboratory with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment to aid in imparting language skills. The Laboratory is effectively utilized by students for various self-enhancement and soft skill development activities. Students who are generally weak in language can have sufficient ear training in the language lab. It aims at confidence-building among students for interactions and presentations. The basic purpose of the lab is to provide students with a platform to enhance language skills, conversation skills, and communication skills and to practice soft skills.

The College has a well-equipped Seminar Hall that serves as the venue for the regular conferences, workshops, and seminars that are part of the learning process at CTIL. The Institute set up to enhance the quality of education dedicates itself to implementing continuous improvement in standards.

The College has a Separate Hostel facility that is available for Boys and Aesthetically designed, the hostel blocks are spread around the campus. The hostels are interconnected, mostly in blocks of three. Dedicated mess facilities and round-the-clock canteen facilities are available in the hostels. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available and the pan-Indian menu is managed by the student body.

The College has a fleet of buses, cars, ambulances, and other vehicles that provide uninterrupted transport facilities to the students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The CT Group presently maintains a convoy of 64 vehicles including 50 buses, 12 cars, 1 ambulance including one security vehicle, and 01 tractor for agriculture and plantations purposes on the campus.

The College has a hygienic, well-furnished, and well-equipped cafeteria is available on campus to provide food at nominal rates for the staff and students. The Cafeteria on the Campus is the hub of every student activity. A Dining Hall is provided for the day scholars students. The canteen sells a wide variety of hot and cold food and drinks at recess and lunchtimes and ensures that a range of healthy choices is available.
