Dashmesh Girls College, Badal

The College Campus has two hostels. Hostel No. 1 is a triple-stored complex comprising 94 rooms equipped with excellent furniture, ceiling fans, and desert coolers. Hostel No. 2 has 15 well-furnished rooms. Both the hostels have their ultramodern mess, water Purifiers, water coolers, and solar water heating systems with electricity backup in the absence of sunlight. The two hostels can accommodate 300 students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a library that is the storehouse of knowledge. The college owns a well-stocked library consisting of approximately 14000 books, 12 journals about various subjects, 33 magazines, and 6 daily newspapers. It has access to e-books and e-journals through the N-List, of UGC-INFONET. The library is housed in a well-designed double-story building and it has well-lit commodious reading rooms with a seating capacity of 100 readers. Two desktops are provided with an internet facility. The library provides membership to old students of the college and research scholars also.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The College provides two fully air-conditioned computer labs equipped with computer systems with the latest hardware and software along with internet facilities that are built for computer classes.

The college has a beautifully designed canteen which provides a variety of eatables to the students.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

There are several societies/clubs in our college which are run entirely by the students under the guidance of the staff. Each society/club works under the general control of the principal. These societies/clubs will organize different functions are the names of various societies/clubs and their charges.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
