DAV PG College is very fortunate to have the first Commerce laboratory in the entire northern part of our country. It is established to impart practical knowledge regarding Banking, Taxation, Accounting, and Stock Market Trading to the students of Commerce. The Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture, and Archaeology (AIHC&A) has established its ‘Archaeology Lab’, to impart practical aspects of Archaeology and Numismatics. The Department of English, DAV PG College has established its ‘Language Lab’, which has a direct impact on the capability building of students and scholars as well as prepares the students to face global challenges. Even the faculty members are given exposure to this facility. Language Lab has software that offers a self-learning module on functional English, Advanced communications skills, and soft skills.

National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector Scheme of the Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. NSS Unit, DAVPGC Varanasi was formed in 2017 to provide exposure to the students for regular and special camping activities in college and the community. Any student can voluntarily join NSS. Being an active member, these student volunteers would have the exposure and experience to be an accomplished social leader, an efficient administrator, and a person who understands human nature.
