A smart classroom consisting of 16 computers and a digital display board/screen with an internet connection, installed with image image-capturing facility, has been made available for the students.

Department of Library and Information Science has great sports facilities. Some of the amenities include a football pitch, badminton court, tennis court, squash courts, basketball court, and volleyball courts.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

Department of Library and Information Science has three boys' hostels. Boys have separate hostel rooms at DLIS equipped with necessary facilities.

There are three hostels for girls at Department of Library and Information Science. Girls hostels at DLIS Mumbai are equipped with the required amenities.
