D.K Mahila Mahavidyalaya Kurkheda was established in 2013 to impart quality higher education to female students from impoverished, tribal, rural, and inaccessible regions. The college offers courses in the faculty of Home Science. It is run by D.K. Health &Welfare Society Sadak Arjuni. Our institution is affiliated to Gondwana University Gadchiroli.
The college aims to provide education to economically, socially,y and educationally vulnerable students, and to attain this aim we have been striving hard since the inception of the institute. This area is affected by the Naxal Movement.
The college is situated in a beautiful natural background of lush, green vegetation and paddy fields.
