The college has a well-equipped library and reading room with more than 7877 books on different subjects, which provide ample opportunity to the students for self-study, self-enhancement, and focused learning. It remains open during college hours. The college reading room boasts a large number of Indian and Foreign journals and Periodicals in Education, Educational Psychology, Educational Sociology, Educational Planning, Educational Technology, and many more. Besides, there are Journals in Hindi, Punjabi, Science, and Social Sciences. The students can also take advantage of a variety of magazines and newspapers available in the college library. The library also has internet & Photostat facilities for students. The seating capacity of the library is more than 80 students.

The college has a large playground for sports and athletics. The institute provides individual attention to Total Personality Development, and Necessary provisions for Extra-Curricular Activities, including Games and Sports like Badminton, Table Tennis, Kho-Kho, and Volleyball, have been made on the Campus.

The college has an excellent Computer cum Information Technology (IT) Lab equipped with 20 Pentium–IV Computers with Multimedia. All the computers are interconnected to form a LAN (Local Area Network). The college has a DOT Broadband Internet Connection for High-Speed Internet Access. All the students are given time to gain information through the Internet. Wi-Fi access to the Internet is available anywhere on campus.

SCIENCE LAB The college has a well-equipped and spacious Science Lab replete with Scientific Instruments, Models, Charts, and Preserved Specimens. PSYCHOLOGY LAB The lab is equipped with a large number of standardised paper-and-pencil and performance tests to measure different aspects of human behaviour from childhood to adulthood. LANGUAGE LAB Well-equipped language lab with a Lingua phone, Educational CDs, and a Tape Recorder to facilitate the teaching and learning of the language. MATHS LAB The college has a maths lab well-equipped with recently modified maths kits, models, and other teaching aids, making the teaching process effective and interesting for students.

The college has a large seminar hall with a seating capacity of 300 persons, which is used for Morning Assembly, Extension lectures / Workshops, and other functions.

The College has formed an Alumni Association of the old students of the college. All the students who have graduated from Doraha College of Education can become members. Besides the students of the Alumni Association, the faculty Regular Alumni Association meets are organised on the college campus. The Alumni Association has elected President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Chairman of the college is the Patron of the Alumni Association.
