The college provides hostels to boys students for accommodation. BSAMCH New Delhi hostel facilities are well-maintained. The hostels can accommodate around 80 students. The hostel rooms have separate washrooms.

The medical facilities are provided to the college’s students and faculty. The college is attached to Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and provides free of cost medical facilities to students and staff.

BSAMCH New Delhi library facilities are a hub of journals, books, periodicals and other publications. The library is centrally air-conditioned and housed on two floors. It has thousands of books and journals that serve the information needs and necessities of the faculty members and students. There are three reading rooms with a capacity of around 100 each.

BSAMCH New Delhi sports facilities include indoor and outdoor sports and playgrounds for the students. Outdoor games such as Badminton, Football, Hockey and Cricket, and indoor games like Carrom board and Chess are available for the students.

The college provides an excellent and advanced IT infrastructure. The library has around 25 computers connected with the internet facilities. Many Computer Aided Learning (CAL) laboratories are housed in many departments. 

The college has canteen facilities for staff and students to provide them with fresh and hygienic food on campus at a reasonable price. An open-air food court is also provided by the college.

BSAMCH New Delhi campus facilities have auditorium facilities for seminars, workshops, and other events. The college has one state-of-the-art auditorium with a capacity of around 500 people. Two-way video conferencing can also be done from the college auditorium.

BSAMCH New Delhi lab facilities are well equipped with all the latest equipment and help the students and it has all the advanced instruments for practice.
