Dr BC Roy Engineering College provides well ventilated and pleasant hostel accommodations for boys on campus. The facilities include 24-hour security, managed by male wardens for boys. BCREC hostel offers complete amenities, including boarding, lodging, common rooms, internet, wi-fi and room telephone services, creating a conducive environment for enhanced learning.

BCREC offers comfortable hostel facilities for female students. The hostels are well-ventilated and provide a pleasant atmosphere for learning. The BCREC maintains a health centre equipped with a first aid facility, overseen by experienced resident physician Dr. Chhaya Chakraborty and Pharmacist Shri,B,Nayak. In case of emergencies, a 24 hour car service to the hospital is available, ensuring the well-being of the students.
