The college has separate hostels for the boys on the campus. The RPGMC hostel facilities have well-furnished rooms equipped with all the required amenities.

The college has separate accommodation facilities for girls too. The hostels have well-furnished rooms equipped with basic facilities.

RPGMC medical facilities are provided to the students. The facilities include a health centre with first-aid medical treatment which is available all the time for students.

The central library of the college is located in the middle of the hostels. The RPGMC library facilities have separate reading rooms for staff and students. The library is spacious enough to accommodate hundreds of readers at the same time with arrangements for separate rooms for students and staff. Books and medical journals are available for students and faculty. The library is housed with national and international journals. The library is equipped with basic essential needs like internet and photocopying facilities. The college has departmental libraries to provide state-of-the-art facilities in terms of documents, information and a peaceful atmosphere that can be helpful in imparting medical education and promoting research & development.

RPGMC sports facilities include many indoor and outdoor sports for students. The college provides the means for the holistic development of the students with the help of extra-curricular activities.

The college has a cafeteria area for staff and students to meet their basic eating and drinking needs. 

The college has a modern auditorium for seminars, workshops, combined classes and other events. The auditorium’s building is built in Elizabethan classical and contemporary Indian architecture style. The auditorium is fully air-conditioned and has two conference rooms, audiovisual facilities and seating capacity of around thousand people. 

The college also has guest house facilities for visiting student family members and visiting faculty. The guest house has two conference halls and one dining hall.
