Dr S and SS Ghandhy Government Engineering College, Surat

The college has two Hostel Blocks for the Boys students, which has a residential capacity of approximately 192 students. The Hostel Rooms are well-ventilated and are well furnished. The Boys' Hostel also has facilities for a Water Heater, RO Plant, and other miscellaneous amenities.  

The girls' Hostel has a residential capacity of approximately 30 students. The Hostel Rooms are well furnished and are well-ventilated. Facilities for RO Plants and Water heaters are also available in the girls ' hostel. 

The central library, which has a rich collection of Books, Journals, Periodicals, and other reading materials in the fields of Engineering, Science, and Technology. The college Library has also subscribed to various Newspapers and Magazines. 

The college provides various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to the students on the college campus. There is playground for Volleyball, Kabaddi, and Badminton. The college also has a separate Sports Room on the campus. 

Dr S and SS Ghandhy Government Engineering College has a good IT Infrastructure. The Classrooms are well equipped with modern ICT-enabled technology.  

The college has a canteen which serves healthy and nutritious food and snacks to the students at a reasonable price. 

Auditorium where several formal and informal events of the college take place throughout the year. 

The College has several departmental Laboratories which are well equipped with innovative and modern instruments. 

The College has a library, which is located on the college campus for the students. All the basic amenities are available in the Convenience store.

The College has provides First Aid facility and other Medical Assistance to the students and the staff members during the time of medical emergency.  

Dr S and SS Ghandhy Government Engineering College has a Waiting Room located in the college campus for the Visitors. The Waiting Room is well-equipped with all the basic facilities.
