The college boy's hostel has an initial capacity of 500 students. The students taking admission in 1st year are encouraged to reside in a hostel so that they are safe from ragging. Each student, with a cupboard, cot, table, chair, and English and Kannada newspapers. There are T.V. and sports (both indoor and outdoor games)for their entertainment. We provided daily breakfast and lunch. For snacks and dinner, there is a 24 hrs facility security guard.

The college girl’s hostel has a capacity of 300 students. Each student is provided with a cupboard, cot, table, chair, and English and Kannada newspapers. The students are taken care of by providing daily breakfast, and lunch. Snacks &dinner T.V for their entertainment. Sweet dishes and special dishes are provided on Saturdays and Sundays. The hostel timings are from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM. There is a movement register for the inmates which is strictly followed. The hostel is guarded 24 hours by security guards. Solar water heaters and 24Hrs Power Supply (UPS solar Power or Electrical Power).

The College Health Centre is situated on the Dr.SMCE Campus. It started functioning on 5th July 2008. The Health center has a good doctor and their supporting staff is locked on this campus.

The College Library located on the campus is housed in an area of 1000 sq. Mts. The library has a collection of 20,377 volumes that includes 1120 volumes under the Book Bank and about 950 volumes under the SC/ST Book Bank. The collection includes reference works such as Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, handbooks, and Standards.

The library subscribed to the VTU e-resources mandated by AICTE, that is DELNET, (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering, Computer Science, and information Science Engineering. ) These e-resources can be accessed across the campus 24/7.

The library has membership with reputed libraries in Bangalore, like CMTI, IISc, & IIMB LIbrary by which our students and faculty can avail of the reference services offered by the above Libraries.

The seating capacity of the Library is 450 users at a time, which also includes three separate AC Reading Halls with a capacity of 250 users. The library is computerized with WEB-enabled open-source software EasyLib. The online public access catalog can be accessed across the campus through OPAC, which facilitates searching the books by author and title.

The college sports facilities Outdoor sports like- Cricket Fields, Foot Ball Field, Athletic Track, Basket Bal Court, Tennis Court, Ball Badminton Courts, Volley Ball Courts, Kho – Kho Court, and Indoor Sports like Badminton Courts, Table Tennis, Chess, and Carrom.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College has a Canteen inside the campus in which hygienic South Indian and North Indian dishes are available very good. The canteen remains open on all working days. A committee has taken care of the facility provided by the canteen.

The college has a well-furnished auditorium with AC which can accommodate more than 1000 students and is centrally located on the campus. The auditorium is routinely used for guest lectures, technical seminars, pre-placement training, and extra-curricular activities.
